Story



*A stranger walks up to you* "Hello there friend. You look like an adventurer. Could I interest you in going on a journey that will be filled with mysteries and amazement?"

*You stare at the strange like they are insane* "What makes you think I'll answer your questions or stand here talking to you?"

"Because I know you. You are intrigued by mystery and danger. You love taking risks and crave adventure."

*You back up a few steps* "How do you know that? Who are you?" *You wonder what is going on and consider running away*

--Now you have an important choice to make. Will you run or stay and hear what the stranger has to say? The choice is yours. If you didn't run please continue reading--

"My name is BlueBlack Rose. I know these things about you because I have looked into your soul and seen it. I have also foreseen the future, but it will still be up to you to choose what you want to do. Perhaps I'm wrong and you aren't one of the ones I'm waiting for."

"You're insane, but for some reason I believe some of what you're saying. Alright go on and tell me what you have to say before I change my mind."

"Good, now sit down and I'll explain what this is all about." *You notice a bench beside you that you don't remember being there, you reluctantly sit down* "The reason I stopped you is because I want you to accompany me on a journey to the lost continent."

"The lost continent?" *You look confusedly at BlueBlack Rose* "I've never heard of it. Why do you want to go there and why do you want me to go with you?"

*BlueBlack Rose laughs* "I'm not surprised that you haven't heard of the lost continent. It's a place that has not been traveled to in centuries. Little is known about the continent and the inhabitants. I want you to accompany me because you are like me. So do you want to hear the legend or are you going to leave?"

"You've caught my interest. Tell me the legend before I make my final decision."

"Very well then." *BlueBlack Rose sits down beside you*

"Legend has it that on a forgotten continent there is a jungle known as Kasumi Kusamura or the Jungle of Mist. Within this jungle, it's said that there are mysterious creatures that don't live anywhere else in the world. One of these creatures is that cat of legend Aria. It's rumored that it looks like a cross between a Lynx and a Sandcat. The Aria is a very majestic animal and is the ruler of the jungle. Aria are very beautiful and come in a wide range of colors and patterns. Another one of the creatures that lives within the jungle is the Roka. Roka are rarely seen and are very sly creatures. It's said that they look similar to a fox, a wolf or a mix of the two. Roka have three tails making them even more mysterious. Legend has is that if you run across one of these creatures or if you are able to befriend one that you'll have good luck. The last creature of legend is the Kedamono. The Kedamono are reptiles. It's said that they look like minuture dragons without wings. Kedamono may look cute and sweet, but watch out because they are easy to anger. These creatures are usually found in the more rocky areas of the jungle.

Now will you join me or will you just leave?"

*You sit there thinking, intrigued by the story*

"Alright I'll join you."

"Very well then." *Three creatures appear before you. An Aria, a Roka and a Kedamono* "Now choose wisely. The one you choose will be your life long companion."
