As much as I'd love to be rolling in boys, I'm accepting one/two orders at a time, of which I've already accepted. Thank you for your interest, though!
Some people avoid learning how to draw instruments and either draw it in the back, without really drawing it and just drawing a guitar strap, or some leave it out. But it's better to learn how to do instruments.
The only thing I could see myself having trouble with are the pegs and the strings, but that's easily mended. And I've noticed that a lot of artists are picky about what they draw (e.g. the same thing over and over again), which is a little unnerving. Then again, I do the same thing, hahaha.
And, omigosh, please give me some feedback on the shop. What do you think?! Do you like the new layout?!

When I finally figured out a name, I went straight to work to finish the graphics. It gives it a nice polished and 'professional' look, teehee. Plus it was so much fun.
Perhaps unnerving wasn't the right word so much as odd, to me. I've never minded drawing something another person requested, whether for kicks or for some online currency. If they wanted a couple drawn, no problem. If they wanted an animated dragon, I would draw it, even if that meant doing a little research to execute that sort of order. I can understand having little confidence in your abilities--which I have all the time--but if you just put yourself out there, suddenly it's not that hard.
I never used to draw limbs before, much less hands and God-forbid, fingers. But now that I've been drawing them for a little bit, I'm more used to it and have become comfortable with the idea. I haven't drawn many instruments, but I'm not unwilling; it's a fun challenge.
I understand that now. Some people don't want to go outside of their comfort zone. But if they don't try to draw the things they aren't comfortable with, they can never grow. They should stop avoiding that which they can't do.
And it totally opens up your customer base!
I've just never been a picky person, so my philosophy doesn't always match up with the rest of the art community. Even so, it's always fun to admire someone else's pieces.

I'm quite pleased with them as well.
There are some artists that do erotica startlingly well, but it's not really a subject I'm comfortable with drawing. An it's not commonly requested, so I've always been fine.
I don't like erotic art. There is this one artist I am watching on DA who used to do nice art on here, just the boobs were big. But now most of her art is nakies.
