It is a joy though to see Christmas through my daughters' eyes. :)

Christmas is so much fun when they are at that young age.

Insanity all around!! Paper and presents.. EVERYWHERE! My youngest loves wearing her ribbon like a scarf. (With us watching her carefully just in case.) And putting bows on top of her head.

I've been good, Liv! We've finished opening our presents and now everyone's just relaxing until lunch. How're you?

Yeah it's a been crazy. I'm the youngest in my immediate family of the adults. but only by like 4 years. so kids are a thing. and in my extended family the kids vary in ages from 13-35

and then the young kids who are mostly grandkids or great grandkids is from like a couple weeks old to 12.

Sounds nice, Zea! I'm just getting presents finished wrapping while keeping an eye on the weather. It's been threatening to snow all day. I'm doing good though! I'm looking forward to spending tomorrow with my folks. At mum's house - so no insane cleaning needs to be done to our place. ;) Haha!

---------- Post added 12-24-2015 at 02:32 PM ----------

I'm in the middle - my little sister is way younger - my brother is just a few years older. I have the two girls, and my brother has one son. :) Just the three - all 5 and under. :)

Liv: Aah, it's always good having Christmas at someone else's house. Means you get to relax about your own. Unfortunately for us Christmas is always at our house, but that's okay because it's a small gathering. Do your kids leave out milk and cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer? I remember that was always one of my favourite parts of Christmas when I was a wee lass. :')

My siblings are 8 and 10 years older than me, so I've always been the baby.

The last few years we've had Christmas at my place (due to personal reasons) but mum and dads' place is much bigger and better suited to large gatherings -- plus less stress as keeping the house clean with two young ones... is a wee bit of a challenge.
Yeah, and my hubs LOVES eating them to make it look like Santa came! He tried convincing our oldest to leave Santa out Coffee tonight... Becca wasn't having it. "It HAS to be milk, daddy!"

My older brother is 2 1/2 years older, and my baby sister is 8 years younger. So I'm right in the middle (Well me and Carlie were in the middle together).

but I was the first to give our parents grand kids! I don't let Seamus forget that!

Liv: Oh man, I remember when I was still young enough to not realise that it was actually my dad and I wanted to leave out leftover spaghetti for Santa. I think I also made a comment about my dad and Santa being able to eat it together? In all honesty, though, Santa could probably do with some coffee; he is pulling the ultimate all nighter.

Wings: It has its ups and downs, I suppose.

Haha - yeah, I looked at Alex like "You really want to drink coffee after dinner tonight?! You do need to sleep tonight, you crazy man!" But Becca turned it down - so I don't have to deal with a hubby who's all wound up tonight unable to sleep when I know we need sleep as Becca will be waking us up super early.

Liv: Haha, that would have been a nightmare! What time do your kids normally get up for Christmas? I think I used to get up at around 7-ish, though some years I was up by 6... I used to be such the early bird!

Wings: Well, Santa's going to need a lot of energy to do every house so why not spaghetti!

Zea: Yeah... Coffee makes him not being able to sleep at all! XD And he drives ME insane! Becca will be up before half 6 most likely - like usual. Our youngest seems to love her sleep more than her older sister though.

Liv: Man, kids always seem to possess the ability to wake up the most inconvenient of times. I struggle to get up at 9 on most days, let alone 6! Are you an early bird too?

Fuu: I'm good; it's already Christmas here so we've opened our presents and now we're getting ready for the family to come over for Christmas lunch. Yourself?

Fuu: I didn't get any food because my dad is on a diet and we're trying not to tempt him, but I did get some pretty cool stuff! I got two Twin Peaks themed shirts, one Twin Peaks Christmas sweater, a Twin Peaks poster (are you sensing a theme here?), a new journal, Yo-Kai Watch for the 3DS, and a Frozen play kit from my dad which was weird to say the least.

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better, and that sucks. D: Having a uterus is so hellish sometimes.
Ooh, art is always good! Is this for your shop or just for fun?
