I will only answer these for those chibis, k? Maybe later I'll do the same for the refs you had posted. It's just that for alot of them there is either only 1 ref or its an easy to figure out which one looks the best or most like the OC.

The chibis seem to all have something a bit off besides the Shapeshifter since you had given a kind of vague description for his outfit; I suppose it goes with the name/title. They all seem fairly close, it's just that they seem to miss something whether it be personality, a tattoo, correct hair style/color, or piercings. OH AND EYES>.> THEY DONT HAVE EYES...THEY HAVE BLACK HOLES ON THEIR FACES>>>THEY CAN SEE INTO YOUR SOUL!!!!

I dunno about "feel", because they are chibis I have to go with their facial expressions when I think of their feel.

I think that only really about 4-5 of those chibis seem to give off their personalities. I'd say this for the Elf, Transformer (jk..uh..Shapeshifter.), Kappa (i like his the most), Harpy and maybe the Vampiress.

P.S.-So yeah...I like the Uzumaki the most now....k?

I decided not to go one by one now. I was going to but...I think it's kind of obvious just by looking at them what each chibi is missing for the most part. I dunno how much you paid, but you probably paid too much. I say just try to get them fixed or something if possible with a list of everything that seems off or fixable.
