Why did you have to lay down?

I have my laptop on a little table in front of my bed right now. I'm sitting on my bed, typing away and reading a novel as well. The way the screen is angled is making the colors go a little funny.

Your eyes go out of focus when you read a book because you've been straining to read word for word for so long.
And when you look up, your eyes have to re-adjust like a camera lense. XD I hate that.

It makes things difficult

Sometimes when I'm reading for a long time I see a flicker or two when I look up.
