Oh for the trade, I was going to find the total average sale and highest sale and didn't get a chance to do that yet.

So for the average sale, 1000 + 1500 + 750 + 1000 + 250 + 750 + 500 = 5750
and for the highest sale, 5000 + 2500 + 1000 + 3500 + 2500 + 2500 + 1250 = 18250
so it looks like while the highest sale total is higher, the average price is just about right *nods*
