Aw man, that sounds fun Junabelle! I haven't played Black Desert or seen to much about the actual gameplay, but the character creation always looked awesome. I love character creation more than actual gameplay, sometimes.

Oh man. This is the best character creation I've come upon in a game. It's almost like sims! The NPC's are adorable, and there's always an event going on. They change all the aesthetics for all the towns and cities to match the seasons and holidays. It's adorable. I also very much enjoy the crowd it brings in. Far more friendly than in World of Warcraft and there's even a place to roleplay.

Aw man, that sounds really cool. :D The last MMO I played was Guild Wars 2, which I haven't touched in a few months out of laziness lol.

I played Guild Wars 2 for maybe about a week before I quit because I hated that it was paid to win.

Really? Pay to win? :O I'm genuinely curious as to what made you think that; I love it because it isn't. Like, real money only buys you cosmetics, really, and everything else you have to get in the actual game. The only real 'pay to win' aspect I can think of is the Heart of Thorns expansion, but even then that's just a one off payment for an expansion of the base game, and you can still play the base game through fully without it.

Pay to win is a nuisance.
In any game platform. I would rather pay a small monthly fee to avoid the pay to win style of games.

Though the phone game I have provides a few video/ad alternatives so that you can keep up a bit wit the pay to winners.
I get that these games need to make money so... I can't be too mad.
