Yeah. A lot of people I guess want the attention is all. ._. Mm, which is sad. It's different from what it used to be, that is for sure...

They just want to show off their art and look like they are being really nice and doing a good gesture with giving free art when really they aren't and just being conceited.

Yeah. I mean, at least with artists who charge a lot for their artwork say such upfront. And people are willing to pay that much for it, obviously, haha. But the people in freebies are just... as you said, conceited. x___x I'd rather pay 3 million gold for artwork than try to get a freebie there now.

I haven't had issues getting commissions from people, but eh... I suppose I just get lucky. D:

Though, I had my own request thread for a good while, so that may have helped, too.

I've had request threads and have had to bring them up FOREVER until ONE person offers to draw.

Maybe I should make a freebie request thread on there. Is that possible?

I'm not sure why I got so lucky with getting art on Gaia. Lord knows it's the only thing I got lucky with on there, haha...

Yes, I've reopened my freebie shop and main shop, though i need to sort out the status of my existing auction winners before I'll be offering vector art again :) I improved while i was away, too, I'd like to think.

It's really up to you. I think everyone knows that freebie threads are only temporary, so I don't believe it needs to be fancy.

Yeah. @__@ Like I've said, it's really changed since the older days. Which I guess makes sense, in a way. The environment there in general is very self-centered...

Yeah, Gaia isn't for nice people and people who want to make friends with everyone and actually have a fair and fun time on there.

You don't want all of the event items? There is going to be more than two that come out, those are just the ones that have been released so far. A new one is released each day of the event.

I am gonna try to get all of them, or as much as I can.
