I hope this time I know when is Nov 1 to start Nano.
Last year... I think I was distracted and missed the first few days. *chuckles*

ah yes. That nano thing. I'm really anxious about it this year because I have a lot of things to do that have not gotten done yet. It will be hard to balance Nano into my life. I usually start writing at midnight so I get something written before the morning of the 1st. Then I can write the 1st as well.

I prefer to write in the night too. -__-;;
I have more motivation.

Now... it is the question of knowing when is Nov 1. XD

I'm always up past midnight so it's a good time to write. I have a lot of muse around that time.

is it really that hard to know the date?

It is not hard... but whatever I am doing most of the time do not display the date of the day.
I am facing the computer a lot, what is shown on the system tray is the time, not the date. I seldom mouse over it to look at the date.

So yeah, in a way, my activities do not focus on what date it is. More to what day it is.

you just have to think about the date more then. The date shows in the corner on my computer and I keep a daily writing journal so I type the date out every day for it.

It just is not 'important' to all my other activities.
Not sure why.
Since small, I don't pay attention to the dates.
I don't even know when is special holidays.

What are the odd's someone tolled me that in Kirin's thread as well. lols

I don't know holidays either or anyone's birthday and sometimes I miss when it's mine because I don't care. Um...but I'm just forgetful when it comes to numbers.

lol. I don't remember my own birthday until I am 12? Pretty late...
and when I know REMEMBER when is my birthday, I always forget what day is that day.

I never manage to wish my brothers a happy birthday because I lose track of the time and only think to send a message at like...1am when it's not really the day of anymore.

Oh well... maybe you can argue about time zone difference? For that 1 hour? XD

ah...but it it were 1am for me. it would be 2am for my brothers. the time zones go the wrong direction. ^^'

Nope.
My family is not big on birthdays.
Parents tooo busy working to earn money.

If I'm home, I go to dinner with my parents on my birthday. My brothers are never home though, so we just forget about them.

I all ways had trouble recall my dad's birthday. I can all ways recall my mom's,my grand fathers and the dog's birthday's. family wise that is thank goodness for my sister at times.

Yes all dog's do you just got to recall what month,year and day they where born in. my mix breed Pippi was born on Halloween in 04. she'll be 9 years old this year good grief she is getting old.

my dad's cat lived to be about 20. Now that's old!
