I decided to give it a try for my injured back (injured it when I was 18 and have had problems ever since) and to try to get healthy so that I don't get sick as often. D:

Some things make it hurt. One of the reasons I opted to do personal training sessions with a personal trainer - he can tell me different ways to exercise...I can let him know if it hurts or not, and we can switch it up or just drop it. I think if I just went at it by myself, I'd be hurting a LOT more...and in a bad way. I'm hurting for good reasons right now XD

Ohhh. That's a good idea. Its always good to have someone to guide you, especially if you're injured!

It CAN be tricky XD Even just using weights or doing exercises with just your body can be tricky if you don't know the right way to do it D:

The gym I am with gives you a free personal training session. After that, you are on your own. If you have questions about a machine, they can help you...but they aren't there to train you. You pay extra for personal training sessions after the first one. I am glad to do it since i've learned a lot :D
