Amane: i think my fingers would break if I typed that much. Especially when I have R.A. in my fingers an on cold days, my hands hurt too bad to type so much. An yes someone told me that it's 100 per post. I forgot who tho. I think it was in fresh meat thread. I really do think it's crazy to have to post so much to get more gold here. It's a site to have fun on. Not to have to work on. I no me after awhile of typing just is down right boring. It should be higher gold amount for ppl to enjoy the site an be able to dress their avis, earn more gold so they can afford pretty stuff for their avis.
And alot of ppl don't have time to spend all day typing something out super long bc ppl have kids an families to tend too. An also a plus, the happier the customer, the more money the site brings in. It's true!

Most of the people on here are married folks with young kids. I've been here since I was thirteen, and it has ALWAYS been that way. For some reason. I think the kids like me don't have the patience.
A lot of newbies we get don't like the earn rate. I didn't, mainly because I was quite uncomfortable being naked. I posted and got the gold, and I bought myself a shirt and skirt. There wasn't a Newbie Emporium in those days. *shakes cane* I know not the reason for how tough they make it to get gold besides inflation, but I'm sure it's good, so I avoid being the one who complains.
You post around and make friends, and you stop feeling like it's quite so hard to make gold. How did I get over 100k? Years of posting. Am I going back under 100k now that I'm there? Nope. I refuse. Worked too hard. I admit I am a super poster. It's my reputation. They don't call me a droid for nothin'. And when I wasn't, gold was work, but I still made it and celebrated every thousand.

You earn .04 gold per character (letter or number only) in a post. The max you can get is 50. On a double gold day, both of those values double.

Gosh, I made this long. Speaking of novel posts!

And please don't think I'm trying to tell you "get over it" or anything. ^^; I'm just trying to say it is hard, but you get used to it with time.
