Because of my lack of exercise and my sugar addiction rearing its ugly head back again, I may have gained weight.
I haven't checked yet.
I will tomorrow. I will get back on track again!

IT'S HAPPENING
I gained weight.
I now weigh 154lbs.

I realised I was being a fatty three days ago and forced myself to run.
Then I killed myself with Jillian Michael's Extreme Shed and Shred.
THE SAME DAY
My muscles were killing me yesterday, so I took a break.
I ran again today.
One point five miles.
I did better than I did two days ago.
I ran mostly, rather than walk.

I need music.
Music helps me, because I run during the chorus of songs.

I have been craving eggs.
Wth.

Okay, the day before yesterday, the day I weighed myself, I walked/ran 8.6km!
D:!
I knew the distance I went was long, but I didn't think it was THAT long!
I went an extra TWO miles just to go to Walmart, rather than Publix.
xD
My legs are kicking me now, but I'm going to do it again, lol!

Ever since I started working out of the house again, I have been eating less.
Because I don't have time, lol!

That plus the running spurts I do at work, is going to help me lose the weight I am trying.

As I checked my runs, it turns out I run for 3.4 miles every time I run.
I'm able to drop weight rather quickly that way, but I end up getting injured and needing breaks a lot.

I still run sporadically, because I got into a car accident, and I am currently pregnant. BUT! I found out that I can run farther before needing a walk break. We have recently moved, and this place is HILLY. I was used to running on flat ground. I have yet to run outside, but I ran on treadmills that are in the fitness center at the apartment where I live.

I have time to run, but it's been super hot and humid, and I'm afraid of falling out. Probably because I'm six months pregnant. Idk.

I'm tired.

I currently weigh 163lbs (73.9kg). I'm going to set up a workout schedule for after I have the baby and work my way back down to 120lbs (54kg). I hope that I can do it this time around. I don't want to be 68kg for the rest of my life. I'm too short for that. xDD
...Unless it's muscle. xD
