I'm not looking forward to winter very much. I'm not a big fan of the cold. And I'm not looking forward to having to walk a half hour in the cold snow and ice to get to work.

That does sound like a pain, Kay. :( It never snows where I live, but my roommate used to live in Colorado and he seems to share your feelings towards it.

It's the ice I hate the most. I'm just hoping they shovel the sidewalks more this winter. I noticed that some of the sidewalls I have to walk along didn't get shovled very much. There were spots last winter where I'd end up walking through like a foot of snow

Is there any way to complain and get your route shoveled? Probably not, I don't know much about dealing with cold weather. ><

Oof, if I had to deal with snow and ice, I probably wouldn't like winter as much. We just get rain where I live. That creates it's own problems (mud, trees falling, power outages, etc) but overall, the weather is pretty mild.

Hehe Last where I'm from we had temperatures as cold as mars. This year they say we'll have a mild winter.

Mars?? :O That's such a strange comparison, but at least you know if it becomes hospitable you could survive there.

I had a dream about being a pilgrim there. XD
