This is a Mene gift art contest thread.

Do you own a camera? Draw? Paint? Sing? Or just have a little creativity? Then
please, submit some winter/snowman themed art to our little thread.

This is a thread run jointly by BlackCart29 and myself (Marguerite Blakeney) ,
feel free to ask us questions in this thread or in a PM!

Rules

• 1. Obey Menewsha TOS
• 2. Submit only original work, plagiarizing is a crime, and it will be reported to the site mods
• 3. This contest begins with the Winter event (December 22), and ends when it does (January 2). You have that entire period to submit work.
• 4. Submit from your main account please, everyone can only win one prize (excluding the overall Judge's Choice prize).
• 5. Work must be new, and created especially for this thread. Display this in pictures and art by including your Mene username and the date in the work.
• 6. Be respectful of all work, even your own

Categories

• 1. Photography, a photo of a real life snowman. Pose with your creation, give it a corn cob pipe, decorate it with the blood of neighborhood children; whatever you choose to do, get creative! This is a category for photos of winter, especially snowmen.
• 2. Traditional, a drawing, painting, or sketch or a snowman. This is a category for traditional art mediums.
• 3. Music, holiday or winter music, either original or an original cover. Please submit music! Compose a winter song, sing an original work, or cover a classic winter ballad; whatever you choose to do, as long as it's musical, it goes here.
• 4. Alternative, this is an open category, get creative and blow us away with your … robot snowman? Winter themed cake? Surprise us!

Or make a diorama/find one around town that's Christmas-themed? It doesn't have to be a snowman, it's just like...winter-themed.

Yeah, it's raining here as well. Just started about half an hour ago, even though the news said that it was supposed to start at like 11:30 this morning.

I might come up with something creative. maybe I'll figure out a way to make a snowman thingybob. You'll probably see it on facebook if I do before I put it here though xD

I've been recording the song a billion times but my microphone picks up a lot of static when I sing high notes. I think I have to move my computer like across my house in order to stop it from doing that. ;_; Plus I'm starting to lose my voice.
