Welcome to the joint Winter Nights 2010 event thread! Your hosts, Game Master and Mr. Stravaganza, for this event are pleased that you could drop on in and we look forward to chatting and serving you the best we can. May your holidays be full of cheer and love!

No thread is complete without a few basic rules. Games will have their own rules within their posts so these rules are just for the thread. Follow them and I'm sure me or Mr. S will share a kiss with you under the mistletoe (Well, Mr. S might prefer the ladies. But I don't like to discriminate!)

• Don't be a Grinch! Get along with each other please.
• Follow Menewsha's ToS and rules. Those guys know how to lay down the law. And I hear they took spying lessons from Santa Claus.
• Don't be shy! I don't want to have to spike the eggnog just so people will get to talking.

Games Part One
BATTLESHIP

As you may already know, there are five "ships" which must be "sunk". Now, instead of using ships, I'm going to do a hide and seek version using various themes, of which this weeks is Christmas.

You must find:

The winner of game will receive an entire Caroling EI set. And the next three runner ups will also receive prizes as well.

Forms to submit guesses:

Once you have guessed, wait for two people to guess. If nobody else has guessed within two hours of your last guess, you have to right to submit another guess.

Games Part Two
Lyrical Madness

The purpose of this game is to fill in the blanks of these holiday tunes. I will have a set of five lines from different songs and once they are complete, I will add another five. The one with the most correct lines will win: 1 Iridescent Jelly Squid. Second and third places will win either a 2009 or 2008 FoWN EI set.

Want to know how to play? I can tell you right here. You fill out the form below with your guess for which line you believe you know the words to. One guess at a time and you have to wait until after the second person after you has guessed. If no one guesses within three hours of your last guess, you can make your second guess. You may guess once a day unless the set of five are completed and I have to put another set of five up. Then you may make one more guess. In essence, the max amount of guesses allowed is two per day. This is to keep things fair and to allow the game to last throughout the event.

I'm alright. Watching an anime called Argento Soma. But, I skipped episodes 4 thourgh 8 because it was moving so darn slow . . .

Liz got hooked on an anime called Soul Eater. It's pretty good and that Death the Kid is one lucky devil. He's got two sisters who stick by his side.

Oh! I started watching that . . . but for some reason I just couldn't stick with it. :ninja: But I do love watching all the amv's for it.
