You can edit your eyes in the Eyes tab on your Avatar section.

Unless you are referring to a few of the 'special' kind of eyes which comes in the CI set.

Other than this CI called the Eyes of the Wild, there are a few in the shops HERE. That is about all I could recall at the moment.

ah, okay like when i was setting up my avatar, i went to the eyes tab but i thought it was empty, but then now that i'm looking againt heres a sub tab and it has a blue background with blue text... -_- totally missed it Lol! whoops~
