Very clarifying. And yes, yes. Good little Ara'mis has spent his life fighting and killing ... so I would hope he's in the Top Tier! :O And by life, I mean since childhood. haha

LOL, I just want to point out that Hannibal is the world's WORST bounty hunter ever. I mean, he is terrible. Why would anyone hire him?! I might need to beef him up a bit. He's like... horrible. I mean, he might lose to Kiyomi with his skills! Okay, so that's a bit of a stretch but damn, I was going WAY easy (read: weak) with him. xD

IT GETS BETTER! I wrote that he's "an expert when it comes to disorganized close-ranged fighting. He specializes in not having a plan of attack and making things up as he goes." And I listed him as 'above average.' Since when does expert = above average. 'sall good now, though. He's perfect when it comes to disorganized fighting.
