Totally meant to post in here when it was created.
Anyway, I've been going through my plushie WiP bin and slowly working on finishing animals. Am almost done with this cute fox:



just need to stop being lazy and get the legs and tail sewn on. Should have it finished by tonight....maybe.

It is knit. Loom knit specially, though I do want to learn traditional needle knitting eventually.

I've never done any loom knitting before, but it looks cool.

I've been re-learning how to do crochet, and have made a hat and a shawl so far. I'm really happy with how the shawl turned out:

I really want to make more shawls. Bought some new patterns, but haven't found the time to start on them yet.

I made myself a little cowl using a soft blue wool, and it has become my favorite thing to wear. I've always liked scarves, but they tend to be bulky and I can't help fussing with them. This cowl is a whole new world for me, just a warm little scrap about my neck keeping me warm, don't have to think about it at all. Now I'm planning to make a matching hat and some gloves.

That cowl sounds really nice! I like the idea of them, but like the figitability of scarves more. Idk. I like the ability to do dramatic scarf flips and play with the ends of it.
Did you end up making the matching hat and gloves?
