If I had a proper oven, I'd try that recipe out very soon.
Interesting that they use fresh strawberries but they're still fine. Perhaps they're okay a few hours out of the oven and not meant to be kept. May as well finish all them cookies.

As it is, I've to wait till a friend who does have one says I could use it... with a price, of course.
