I'm happy you found me too.
I hope you have a great 2013.
And get to the doctor soon.

Other uses of epson salt are: soaks for bruises, sprains & muscle soreness, a laxative, plant fertilizer, and as a drying agent to help dry out decorative flowers.
Yes I keep some in the house almost all of the time. I personally like it mixed with some of the oatmeal bath soak in the summer. Together they work great on irritated & itchy skin & it help cool the skin some.

It does help some, but it more takes some of the soreness out of the bruises.

turmeric powder and a teaspoon of milk might help with lighter bruises :)

It probably doesn't help that I only had a little to snack on earlier when I got home, but if I eat too much now, I'll not be able to get to sleep at all. One super-long night in one week is more than enough.

It's been going on for a while where I'm needing to get up early, but I don't get to sleep until really late, and most of the time, it's not even my own doing, but having to deal with the puppy. Now he's starting to sleep earlier at night, though that still isn't for a couple hours after I come home from work, but I might be able to start getting to bed a bit earlier than the past week or so.

I just can't wait to get him past this stage of biting when he wants attention, and jumping all over everyone. :( Plus, sometimes he goes from playing normally, and turns into a demon dog, though I'm not sure if that's from getting too much energy going, or what that is. Hopefully when he gets older he'll be a pretty good dog, we'll just have to constantly keep him trained in some fashion, as he's a German Shepherd. It's just getting him to that point is the hardest part, because the time isn't going fast enough.

I'm headed off to bed now. Talk to you tomorrow.

Rub it on the bruise, turmeric is good though it stains the skin yellowish but its great for healing... people also drink it in a glass of warm milk if they feel body aches but mostly in winters :D
