Too little sun can actually depress a person.

It's weird but that's what my psych teacher said.

That's why staying too much in the dark isn't such a good idea.

owo Lack of sun just makes me tired.

Although it does depress me when its like, right after I wake up. All, "Dude, I'm up before the sun. Fuck my life."

It has the same effect on me too.

Though mom really didn't get when I had times when I just wanted to go out and see the sun.

She's like just stay home already.
