the wandering poet, does your phone have a voice-to-text function? I agree with you that it can be difficult to go on menewsha via mobile but the voice-to-text function does wonders for me when I do :)

I hadn't even thought of doing it that way. I'm trying it now and it honestly does work pretty well, but the only thing that I worry is that it's difficult for you to add user names in, so those ones you would have to manually add in because I don't imagine it would recognize them. It just typed all that out very quickly and I didn't even have any errors. The only thing, poet, is remember to verbally say the punctuation and all of that, because it doesn't add it in on its own.

People can't seem to hear me... a phone voice to text doesn't make me feel hopeful lol.

My Google maps struggles to understand me unless I practically yell.

Ah. Well, you hold the speaker up to your mouth when you speak, so it should be able to hear you. If not, then speak a little louder. It does pretty well, so long as you enunciate well.

Yeah hard to do when driving though. People around here dont seem to know how to drive

i have to talk really slow for those speech to text things and pronounce things funky otherwise it has no idea what i'm saying. i talk to fast and have a weird accent. My husband is constantly teasing me cause i make one word sound like something else even though i've read the correct word with correct pronounciation in my head. because yes i'm weird... When its a word like their and there i spell it in my head so i know which one i'm saying. even though that helps no one but myself.

lol Yeah, I was asking Poet if he has an accent because I figure that might make it more difficult. It's all about enunciation with that feature, for sure, and talking slower. I could see how that would be hard for you, then. But their and there are pronounced the same way. What accent do you have?

Uhhh welll.. its ...idk T.T I'm from NY so i'd say it's a NY accent, but than people assume Bronx and i've never even been there. It's some kind of New England mixed with Pennsylvania and Virginian accent I suppose. Kinda small town USA accent with a twinge of country.
things with s's and t's tend to be difficult to pronounce. EX "lisps" Is really really difficult to say.
also spoonerisms are a bad knack of mine >.>

example speed boost becomes spood beast in my mouth . xD simply for the fact that my brain says "your mouth can say this easier so do it"

Oh wow. Sounds like you have a really hard time. I suck at understanding people with accents. I have such a hard time with it. If people don't enunciate, then idk wtf they are saying. xP

lol I do those sometimes too. There are a few that my mom likes to say to be funny that I've picked up on, as well. Like bun of a switch. But all too often I get my words jumbled on accident.

That would be rough sometimes, I imagine. Could get confusing, or amusing.

I went dress shopping a total of three times. The dress was the final dress I tried on during my first appointment. The next two sessions I kept trying on other dresses and comparing it to this one...so I finally I realized I just needed to go ahead and finally get it. Hehe.
