idk what thread we were talking about flight rising in but if you haven't seen it yet, Crystalline Gala started yesterday I love how they moved the event skins/accents and stuff to joxar's shop so they're always there (for the whole event anyway) plus the 2 in baldwin's brew. Get em while they're hot! (or, cold? because it's Ice's event )

Yesssss! I've been doing the event, but I didn't do the Baldwin's Brew...I need to be better prepared for the next one as I didn't have materials. Do the items always cost the same materials? That way I can prep for next event!

Haha yep totally, just got my fave place and people back and threw em in the gutter!

They vary slightly (and I mean like either 4 or 5 of green sludge/green ooze/green goo but I think its just sludge and ooze) but yeah they’re always around that. You can buy the materials from the auction house too if you want.


Breaking down Materials gives you Ooze and breaking down Other will give you Sludge. You get random colors but always the same type. Food = goo.
The skins always ask for green stuff :3

OHHH I hadn't even considered the auction house. I'm a dummy! Here I am brewing them like mad LOL! You are one smart cookie! I got the one skin, just need more ooze for the second. To the auction house I go!

I also feel like it's SUPER easy to get event currency now. Before I used to grind in the coliseum like crazy in order to afford 1 of each item, plus a few of the familiars. Now I have one of each and like 4 familiars and all I've done is the basic (gathering, nesting, familiars, trading post stuff). I haven't done any grinding in the coli! lol

I didn’t actually like the crafted skins this time so I don’t need to craft them xD

That’s because it is lol they’ve revamped a lot of the site and that was one of the things. You don’t even have to dig to gather for currency anymore. You can gather supplies as normal (like food and stuff) and it’ll give you currency. You don’t even have to select the event’s flight anymore. I still do because its fun but you don’t have to. Its a much nicer system now.

oh that does sound really nice. it was so frustrating accidentally mining in the wrong flight and missing the currency i still haven't been able to get back into playing but the skins are still really pretty.
