Busy could be good though, might make time go faster, it would be boring and slow if nothing happened.

I'm slacking around at home! Moving to Kodiak made the decision for the holidays super easy! haha. So just me, hubby and the kiddies this year. With forecasted snow! /excited. It will be my first white Christmas!
I'll probably spend most of Christmas day in the kitchen cooking...but that's alright. I do enjoy cooking. xD

We're making ham...and halibut? xD Just not in the same dish. >.> YUM!

I'll be going over to my grandparent's house along with with 9 of my cousins, 5 aunts and uncles, my two brothers, parents and if any of my cousins boyfriends/girlfriends decide to come.

(I have 17 cousins and 6 aunts and uncles but 5 cousins and an aunt and uncle can't make it and 3 additional cousins plus another aunt and uncle live in Florida)

Haha! Yeah.....my family is huge. It can be very overwhelming for those visiting my family for any event (like friend, boyfriends/girlfriends, etc.) What's funny though is that's just my immediate family. I have a ton of extended family as well

I'm just staying home with my family. A nice quiet Christmas.

Star is going to her church on christmas eve night then on christmas morning. then she's going to her mums 'nods'

This week has mostly been baking (I'm the family cookie slave, haha).
Then I'll be able to spend the weekend with my family.
Then the day after Christmas I'm heading up to the camp I work at for a group that's going to stay through to New Years.
I hope I don't die from all the action. XD

Haha! They are!
We get together for all the major holidays (excluding like valentines day, Halloween, st. Party's day, etc.) but like X-mas, Easter, 4th of July, both of my grandparents b-days, mother's day, father's day, etc. it's a full house. For the warmer holidays we go to my aunt's house because she has a lot of land and a pool

I'm home from school for the holidays, which totally rocks, so I'll be doing just about anything and everything with family, mainly watching movies =)

The break from school is always welcome. I love school, but getting a break between semesters to relax is wonderful.

indeed, especially since it looks like i'll be going away for a year and a half to go on a religious mission, meaning no contact with my family except through e-mails, letters, and a phone call on christmas and mother's day. So the family time now is really awesome.

For the holidays...
I'm going to a family dinner.
Spending time with my brother who flew here from provinces away to visit.
Perhaps a belated winter solstice ritual.
Lots of journaling and socializing with loved ones.
And doing lots and lots of school work.

So the usual.
Nothing really new is happening this year.

My plans are always the same. Wake up when mom tells me to [I tend to sleep past noon], eat breakfast, open presents, then go to my Aunts house for dinner and family time.

I don't want to go to my Aunt's because I'm getting a Wii and Skyward Sword and want to play it all day. xD

Originally I was going to make pho for my family.
However we were not able to go to the market place in time to get the noodles.
So now we are staying home, and eating our normal food.
As well as watching Christmas movies.
We are baking a different cookie everyday until christmas this week though.
I still have some last minute shopping to do I think.

I'm going to be at my grandparents' for a couple of days or so.

I'm just spending it at home.
Doing my homework. But mostly procrastinating on menewsha.
I have such an exciting life.
