Welcome to the Starlight Tavern!

My sister GwenaHikari and I welcome you to the Tavern! Here at the Starlight Tavern, we're a casual role play thread, there is no need for a profile, just join in! Just write yourself in and out of the role play as needed! All levels of role players are welcome, although we will never fault anyone for making a mistake (we all make them ), please do your best to make your grammar and punctuation as good as possible.

Rules (because you know we have to have some )

1. Follow Menewsha's rules please.
2. No God/Mary/Gary Sue characters please.
3. No killing other people's characters without their permission or controlling other people's characters.
4. Keep it PG 13 please. No cussing or inappropriate content.
5. Fighting is ok, but please keep the gore in your description to a minimum.
6. No Yaoi/Yuri please.
7. Your character can be anyway you want, but please be nice to others in your ooc (out of character) chat. If you have a problem with someone please work it out in PM.
8. Have fun!

The setting

With the coming of the train tour to Menewsha, Eirian and Gwena decide to Rent a car aboard the train. Hoping to draw in business to the tavern. Upon stepping in to the car, you see a plush looking wine and gold floral rug along the floor, beautiful gold colored velvet curtains around the windows. Along one side of the car, you see the bar area, with assorted drinks and foods, the other side, a full length brown sofa. As you look around the room you notice that the glassware has the Starlight logo etched in to it.

MaidenRoseHeart stumbles into the car and looks around. This wasn't the meal car. She had tired of waiting for an assistant to escort her and had gone on to look around by herself. This time through, she was smart enough not to pull the red lever between cars. They had not been thrilled when she had done that back at the station ^_^ Glad to see a place to stop and reorient herself, MRH sits at the bar and smiles.

Eirian offers a drink to the lady at the bar. "Order whatever you'd like." Eirian said smiling back. While Eirian waited for the order, she went about her daily cleaning of the car. Ready for any customers who came in.

MRH smiles and thinks over what to order. Finally she decides to go with a simple cider. "I'll have a cider please."

"One cider, coming up!" Eirian said, as she poured some fresh cider in to a sparkling glass. "There you go." Eirian said smiling. She then went back to her cleaning, making sure glasses were clean, and linens were spot free.

hummy wanders in out of the cold, dark night.
'brrr, it's cold out there.' she says, shivering.
she wonders if there is any finger food to be had.
'hello, do you have any sweet potato fries?' she asked shyly.
'oh, also a large pepsi with lots of ice, please.'

"Of course we have sweet potato fries ^^" Eirian answered. Eirian went to work. She sliced and fried up the sweet potato fries, grabed a glass and filled it with bunches of ice, and poured some cold Pepsi into the glass. "Here you are!" Eirian said happily.

'thank you very much.'
hummy was parched and gulped down some of the cold pepsi.
'this is a beautiful place.' hummy felt relaxed for the first time today.

"Thank you very much!" Eirian replied, smiling. "I picked the linens out myself, when I found out we were able to rent the car." Eirian said.

*Gwena pokes her head into the tavern/dinning car?* Hello my adventure bound train trippers! ^^ She says walking in.

'you really did a wonderful job with the decorating.' hummy said to the barkeep.
hummy smiled at the outgoing young lady that just walked in to the barcar.
'hello.'

"Thank you very much." Eirian smiled. "I'm most proud of the rug." Eirian motioned to the floor,where there was a floral gold and wine rug, with fine detail work, it looked very plush.

"hello Darlin" Gwena said with a joyful, pleasant, mischievous smile "So, whats shaken bacon? :p"

hummy giggled and thought yum, bacon!
'could i get a side of bacon with my sweet potato fries, please?'
everything is better with bacon, hummy thought to herself.
'nothing much is shakin' so far, how about you?' she said.

"Not much Shaken here either" Gwena replied than stuffed a whole candy cane into her mouth

hummy was shocked to see the whole candy cane disappear all at once.
'wow, i've never seen anyone do that before!'

"You most certainly can." Eirian gave a friendly wink. Eirian went about frying the bacon. She put the bacon on a pretty cobalt blue plate, and set it on the bar. "here you go." Eirian said warmly.

Gwena smiled "Candy cane magic she said with a wink ;)

"Thank you much for the cider," says MRH. "My name is MRH. I love how you set up this car."

"Your welcome and thank you MSR" Eirian said with a smile.

She sits and enjoys her drink. Then, leaving a tip on the table, gets up and heads back the way she came humming to herself.
