Quinn danced with a couple of ladies as the music started. It was a normal slow paced type of dance. It was a rather good thing he'd taken dance lessons. It seemed to pay off. The dark eyed male excused himself from his last partner and went to get a refreshment from the table. Glancing around, he noticed some new faces. Or, masked faces. There were interesting ones he'd never seen. At least, those particular ones.

Makoto the whole time stayed by the buffet where he had gotten his drink awaiting to see when all the guests would get settled and the whole party would begin with Lizzy's parents probably coming out and everyone sitting down for the dinner. Makoto had thought about dancing with a few of the guests but decided not to since he was never really much of a dancer anyway. More rather, he was a musician; it didn't mean he didn't know how to dance at all but rather he was never fond of it was all. So after a few moments had passed by, only to notice how the young birthday girl was dancing with a couple of the guests while a few others stepped over to the buffet table to get drinks or food. Noticing how a slightly older male with dark hair, stepped over toward the refreshments only to grab a drink and look around the room as well. Makoto only looked at the man for an instant to see if he recognized him at all; unfortunately enough, he didn't know who the man was at all so he just began to walk away from the table. Everyone in the entire room didn't look familiar at all, neither physical appearance nor looking toward their eyes through the mask did anyone look that familiar. So might as well while he was going around the room, Makoto decided to walk over toward Lizzy and gave her a little respectful bow. "I hope I am not interrupting but, Congratulations on your 18th birthday Miss Jones." The only reason he called her by her last name was just to be respectful since Makoto didn't exactly even know who the girl was anyway, other than the fact that she was turning 18.

"thank you" she siad bowing back.

Hearing how the young birthday girl thanked Makoto for congratulating her, he gave a little nod and walked back away from the young girl and made his way right over toward one of the dining tables in the room. Taking a seat down and leaning slightly back against the chair, he began to look around the room only to see how many guests were dancing with one another.

(O_O wait, is there any music going on in the dining room? or are we all dancing to no music :lol: )

Clive enterd the ball. He imediatly focused on Lizzy. He approached her. "Greetings and happy birthday. My name is Clive, Clive Harker"

"thanks and it is a pleasure to meet you" she said.

"You are very lovely. Please, enjoy your party" Clive backed away with an odd smile.

"she smiled back to him and then began dancing again with the boy she had been dancing with.

Clive waited in the corner, biding his time.

While sitting there at one of the tables within the dining room and listening to the music being played by a large band near the other end of the room. Makoto kept his arms crossed and continued to lean against the chair. After a few moments from hearing the song being played and having literally nothing to do other than wait for the full ball to start. Makoto just got right off his seat and went over toward the band members only to realize that there was a piano there, with no one playing it. Looking at the other band members as they continued to play their song; he simply made his way over toward the piano and sat right on down, looking at all the keys to see how they were. Right after that, he stared up at where the music scripts were usually supposed to be put. Only to find that there wasn't even one there, which meant if he were to play anything, it would have to be a song he already knew by heart. He already knew plenty of music by heart, so he just decided to play one of his favorite songs. Right as soon as he began to play it, most of the other instruments stopped as the band members looked over toward Makoto while he played as though they were confused why he was doing so.

When the song finished, she walked to the refreshments and got a finger sandwich and took a bit. She finished it. it began looking crowded so she decided to go outside to the garden for a bit. She was able to sneak out undetected.

Clive followed Lizzy.

She went into the middle of the garden and sat down on the side of the giant found and watched the water flow. She loved the quiet more than the ball going on inside.

Clive snuck up from behind, and coverd Lizzy's mouth with an either soaked rag.

Ok this freaked her out. not much freaked lizzy out but this freaked her out. She struggled to try to get free.

Clive held her still.

Daniell smiled a little. The man who was playing the piano was rather talented. When the song finished, she clapped along with some of the others. It was different from the other songs. She was certain also that it wasn't something that had been planned.

Lizzy struggled less and fell asleep.

Clive picked her up, and put Lizzy in the back of a hidden car. He then drove off into the night.

Lizzy's parents began looking for her.

Lizzy groaned in the car but didnt wake up yet.
