It had been years since I am in a swimming pool. The last time I am in anywhere close to a swimming pool was 2 years ago, at a water park.

I can't swim. Always made me so scared.

Have you learn swimming before?

My school had a swimming pool so we all learned how to swim.

So nice... my school don't have that.
Besides, we use the sport class as Math class or science class or any other subjects that has a score in the big exams.

It was part of gym class for a while, but I still can't swim.

Gym class doesn't mean swimming class specifically.
So for us, we have to attend and pay for special swimming class.

I guess I'm grateful, I never realized how uncommon swimming classes are. My grandparents also had a small pool growing up so that helped.

It was a debated issue when I was having swimming in gym class. They didn't know if they wanted to keep it or stop doing it. They stopped doing it eventually.

I don't know. They didn't talk about it with us. It was rumors going around.
