Sun, well distractions are good but sometimes it's just easier to try and deal with things. I don't know what's going on and I don't want to pry but hiding can make things worse. Maybe take the time for reflection while you distract yourself on mene!

no not really all that is eaten here is fried chicken it seems and i cant have fried foods, heck i cant have chicken for that matter=/

Fried foods are a bit heavy I suppose. I think there are good things in southern food that aren't fried though. Just the flavors and such.

i can eat fish and veggies, sadly thats about all i can eat.

That is rather limited for southern food I suppose. There are things you can find but they won't necessarily be traditional southern food. More like new southern.
