I liked Misery, both the book and the movie. The book was more detailed, but the movie brought it all to life.He has a new book out about another book stalker fan who takes the authors novels after he's dead and uses them for himself.

King's novels and short stories are so wonderful.
I think my favorite to date is still the one that he worked on as a collab with Peter Straub, The Talisman.
I've read and reread that book so many times over the years. My first copy actually fell apart on me.
No joke, I seriously cried. I love that book so much. I was really young when I first read it.
There's a part 2 called Black House even, it's good too.
I really adore most of the ones that he's written as Richard Bachman as well.
Desperation, The Regulators, Rose Madder, Insomnia, and The Eyes of the Dragon are also all favorites of mine.
I own most of those in hard back editions even. I love to read. I tend to eat up novels quite quickly if the story is good.
