So my book club just got done reading a PHENOMENAL book called "Positive". I loved it! If you have not heard of it or have not read it, then you really should. I was super iffy at first about it, but I loved it.
Positive is a memoir written by a young adult who was born infected with HIV. We learn about her life and daily battles with her disease. It was honestly so inspiring hearing about how she dealt with the bullying and name calling throughout high school. High school's rough as it is, everyone making fun of something totally not your fault is a billion times worse. If you are looking for a good, uplifting read, I totally suggest this book!
Comments or suggestions? How do you think schools should handle bullying cases like hers?
