It helps my imagination otherwise its just a stupid boring book that's why I can't read the bible. They should of put pictures in it that would be cool to us heathens to visualize.

I had a Bible with pictures in it... Nowhere nearly as good a read as the Jerusalem Bible, Reader's Edition, but if they'd had pictures in that one, it would've gotten banned...

Some really gory violence and lewd stuff in that book... <_<; Especially in the Apocrypha. Third Book of the Macabees, I believe... some pretty graphic torture in there.
