but I also like Garrett Gardner and Sarah Simmons.

Garrett is pretty good, doesn't have the range of the others, which I think will hurt him in the end, but dat rasp is lovely, and I rather enjoyed his cover of Imagine.

Sarah Simmons is another of my favorites this year. So good.
I love how she goes between powerful and raspy to vulnerable and back again. That takes an impressive amount of talent and control.

I'm also rather enjoying The Swon Brothers. They don't really do what I'm into, but they work well together, and it's nice to see a duo in the final rounds.

her voice is just incredible, she gives me goosebumps, and last nights song she sang, is a super important song to me and it was so beautiful. I was so mad that it came between Caroline and her last week, America was so wrong D< I don't like anyone on Adams team anymore except Sarah.

Garrett had an amazing raspy voice,
but he was also really young, and didn't have a HUGE range like some of the girls.

Have you guys ever heard of Marina and the Daimonds? I think they've been around for awhile but I love their stuff. Not really sure what to call their music though. What do you guys think?

YouTube is great for finding new bands! Some of my favourites have been found through there from random clicking.

oh yeah, I miss when Myspace was like that,
I mean back in 05/06, I found so many good bands before they got famous.

and I had fantastic taste then, I've went back
to listening to a lot of that genre now.

Who did you used to listen to?

They're not new (to me, anyway. I've been following them for the last 2 years!) but one of my favorite groups Studio Killers released their first EP last night! With pretty much everything else they've released, it's ridiculously catchy and fun to dance to. :3
I also picked up two more of Tyler, The Creator's albums. I figured since I loved Wolf so much, I should give the rest of his discography a listen.
