Does anyone else here visit Kingdom of Loathing or visited the game in the past? What are you opinions on the site? Love it, hate it, or just a bit of both. For those of you whom have never heard of the site, here is a brief description courtesy of Wikipedia:

Kingdom of Loathing (KoL) is a humorous, browser-based, multiplayer role playing game designed and operated by Asymmetric Publications (including creator Zack "Jick" Johnson and writer Josh "Mr. Skullhead" Nite). It is notable for its use of hand-drawn stick figure graphics and writing characterized by surreal humor, wit and parody. Launched in February 2003, the game had attracted a player base of 140,000 regular users by 2006.

A game that spoofs every popular pop culture image with great success at that. And they also have a great radio station. <333 What class are you currently?

Haha. I love this game. I stop playing every now and then when a new obsession comes along, but every now and then I still come back to it. It never gets old, and there is always some new content to make you want to keep playing.

My playing's been halted recently cause of WoW, though was planning to go back to playing again cause I really want to finish all my Oxycore runs (3 more classes to go!) before NS13 comes out.

Friends of mine have played it for a while and talk about it all the time. i finally got around to making a character.

I do love the fact that it does not allow you to stay on all day and play and forces you to have a life.

I actually really like the concept, and the humor and writing, but unfortunately I just couldn't stick with it for more than a few levels. I tend to have that problem with MMORPG type games though, so it's not really a big deal. I do wish I didn't have to click quite so much, though.

Anyway, very funny game. :3

I used to play this game, got a bit burnt out on it. I don't think I've ever made it very far... ho-hum.[/i]

It was fun for a while. but when they stopped adding things to do and places to go...there wasn't really much to do so i got bored with it and moved on. not the greatest? it was great at first. but it's not something i would bet my money on it if came down to it in the end.
