Just saw your potato stir fry thing! I have to say, that looks a lot better than the soups I was linking you to. I bet that adding chorizo made a big difference, that tends to spice up anything that you add it to.
Yeah, without the tasty meat it would probably have been a bit of a disappointment. I like those fatty continental meats that render up free flavourful cooking fat and add plenty of yum to a dish :D
