I have pricked myself with too many needles over the years from doing so much sewing that I don't wan to have someone stick any of them in me on purpose.

I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. it certainly energizes m and makes me fel good, but a lt fo the time I will end up over working myself.

I find it best like I'm a balloon, and each prick deflates all the bad stuff outta me.
