"Everybody can feel you are, can feel the energy within you, waiting to come out. It is not a question of if, but when you learn to use those powers." he said.

At this point, Yukio sat on top of one of the skyscrapers in New York as he was now in his griffin form. Keeping one of his talons onto one of the gargoyle's heads he looked down from high up above. Most of the humans were wandering left and right trying to get to places were they had to go to. Some were wearing suits and carrying suitcases; while others seemed to be wearing simple casual clothing just walking around to enjoy the day. Yukio couldn't really believe that the main Griffin wanted him to go down and kill those humans for absolutely no reason; he was simply told to kill the humans. He wasn't really given anymore information than that. "Dammit..why do I have to do this.." he asked himself with his tone of voice sounding almost as low as a whisper as he looked around the area trying to wonder where the main Griffin must've been at this time.

Rena flew up and landed beside Yukio. "Yukio. Forget the humans. I had the girl of the prophecy but that bastard Angel helped her escape. I need to to form a search party and find them" she said.

"so how do we get out" she asked.

As Yukio stood there on the skyscraper, watching the humans walk around unaware if he should just swoop down and kill a couple of them. He suddenly heard a female's voice come up out of nowhere beside him. Turning his attention right over to the female, it just so happened to be that it was the main of all Griffins. It had seemed she had found the child of the prophecies but escaped due to someone named 'Angel'. Who exactly that was, Yukio had no idea as he just nodded looking around at the floor where the humans were again. "Rena..do you know where they could be?...any leads?.." he asked scratching his head lightly with the claws of his talons.

"well i am pretty sure they couldn't have gone far. They might hae a hidding place somewhere close." Rena said.

ANgel looked at her. "Well, I think we should stay here at least a week, the gryffins are sure to be out looking for us in force to find you." he said. "We will go to the protector camp to the west once the week is over, then we'll be in the clear." he knew that this would be a little weird. "Shall we get to know each other a bit better, we're going to be here for the week by ourselves." he said.

"ok what do you want to know," she asked.

"What ever you want to tell me at this point, we have plenty of time to talk at this point, and when you get hungry there is food here like I said, it won't give off a smell though, it's a certain kind of food, made the mages."

"cool. Well i am 18. I used to go to high school till the attacks, i love writting and drawing, and my favorite collor and animal is blue and a hrse" she siad.

"I'm 20, I used to have a normal life until the end of grade school, then I began training as a protector, my family had me go to training before the attacks, only they all work for the gryffin, I found that my heart was telling me to stop the gryffin, not help it, so that's what I did, I ran away and joined training in a protector camp after proving my loyalty to them. My family tree and appearance made me somewhat distrustful at first." he said.

Hearing that the child of the prophecies probably couldn't have gotten too far, Yukio just gave a slight little nod as he spread out his own wings and jumped right off the skyscraper. He didn't reply to Rena at all since he was still a bit annoyed about the whole thing that he had to find this girl and either kill her or bring her back to Rena for something. He hated the fact that he wasn't told a single thing about any of this but had to simply listen to the main griffin no matter what. Soaring throughout the skies he made sure to stay at an altitude where the other mortals wouldn't be able to see him.

Rena gather a hunting party for the ground to find the two and htey set out.

"so how did they act when they saw you" she asked.

"At first they bound me and wanted to execute me, I got them to appeal to me going on a search party, I wouldn't up saving the whole party, and they trusted me, gave me my scythe back. And my loyalty hasen't been question ever since." he said.

"that is good." she said.

"Yeah,is there anything you remember from your life?" he asked.

Finx sat on the rooftop of the cirsler((I think)) building survaying the city for any sign of the gryffin that had once been her friend. She thought maybe if she could talk sense into rena she could stood this idiotic war. Sighing she jumped the hundred something feet to the ground and landed on her butt. "Offf darn it I got to get the hang of that." Struggling she climbed out of the tree she had landed in and dropped to the ground. She was about to walk away when she heard voices. "Hello?"

Angel heard a voice. He told Harmony to saty and went out to check, being careful not to be seen, he peeked out of the cave and saw it was a protector. "Hey Calcifir, it's nice of you to drop by." he said. He had met her at least a year ago.

"ok" harmony whispered as he walked out.

Rena searched over the roof of the forest. nothing yet.

Finx blinked at the people. "Who are you two?"

After flying for what seemed like forever, Yukio gave a deep sigh as he decided to give in for a bit. Wherever these humans were planning to hide; trying to find them by air in this form wasn't going to work out too well. Humans couldn't exactly grow wings and start to fly in the sky anyway. So flying up in the air and looking straight down wasn't going to help him if they were planning to hide in any buildings or possibility caves. So taking the advantage of one of his own powers; Yukio flew down into a dark alleyway as he morphed into his human form. Moving a few strands of his own hair away from his face; he pulled his large cloak over his own body a bit. "I forgot how it felt..to have two legs.." he whispered to himself as he walked right out of the alleyway and began to search for the girl of the prophecies and the other humans who protected her. It had been about three years since he last was in this humanoid form of his, so for now; he needed to get used to it again.

"Quickly, comein the cave and we'll explain, I've got the prophecy subject with me." he said. "I'm a protector." Now quickly in here, they'll be looking for us."

Finx followed him in frowning. She believed him to an extent but she still kept her guard up.

Once she was in he said the chant for the rock illusion to go up. One only a guardian would know. He felt she didn't quite believe him, that would help with the trust. "What are you doing so close to a gryffin camp?" he asked Finx

FInx looked away and shook her head. "I have my reasons."

"And what would those be, are you a spy for them is that it?" he asked. "What business do you have here?"
