My cat of course had the reaction I expected. But, he did submit easier, didn't fight as much. I would have done more for him and taken a pic of him soaked, but he was shaking really bad (cold) and since he's diabetic, I didn't want to get him more worked up. So, I picked him up after wrapping him up in the towel and held him close to me till he calmed down a bit.
My mom's cat went crazy and cut me. I finished him without drying him off well so he's been licking stuff off of him. I didn't do too good with rinsing him off because he was going insane.

My dad's cat, I would like to get her cleaned, but I'm not about to try ^^" I'll figure out flea powder with her thick fur. ^^"

:pops in: Wow, we are getting some great storm weather here. :grabs a towel dries off hair: I am soaked. Granted I kinda of stood there letting myself get wet, but it was well worth. Eeeep gotta close my windows. :scrurries to get them closed:

I love playing in the rain when I can...and when there is no lightening storm along with the rain haha. How is everybody doing today?

My boyfriend and I are big rain fans :) We'll go outside and watch storms come and sit there watching them ^^ And we keep talking about playing in the rain

I always loved the rain, and the thunder storms that come with it in the summer time :) Playing it just makes me feel like a kid again and I love that feeling. Splashing in puddles, and turning my face up to the sky so I can feel the rain on my face. Its just wonderful.

Yea I saw you had adventures in cat bathing :gonk: Hope your arms are okay. I always hear about cat scratch fever from my vet and my friend who works in the vets office. Definitely not something I am looking to get lol.

My day is good, work went a little slower then usual because of the rain, but now I can be lazy and eat cookies hehe

yeah, same with the rain. I love doing that. I love summer for the storms. During the Spring semester when I would be up late and it would be thundering. I would turn the lights off and sit there in the common room or somewhere and just sit there in the dark while the strong storm would be going on. ^^ Felt so awesome.

My arm's alright. I have a bandaid with neosporin on. Rascal didn't go too deep, which is good. ^^

I do the same thing, its all very soothing for me, and its so pretty to watch the sky light up like that. I always have to be near the windows so I can watch the storm.

Glad to hear the kitties didn't get you arm too bad. Ugh fleas are so narsty, I am hoping that I got rid of the ones my cat had. Definitely do not want to go through that again

I'm glad too. Though I know the Dawn didn't help. Mine is still itchy. But, at least the 2 boys are soft and smell nice. Poor Naomi won't get it, but I don't want to risk her hurting me more. Even though I may try.

I'm thinking of getting some money together and buying flea powder for the cats and doing that. I hope it works. Especially on my Eli and Naomi. Naomi has thick fur ^^"

At the house I grew up in we had two lakes so our storms were always exciting. We'd watch from our living room (which was once a screened in porch and had mostly windows after the renovations) and eat cherries, watermelon or ice pops. Those are some of my fondest memories growing up. My brothers and I were always quietest when the storms were happening haha.

I hope the flea powder works. Thick fur is the reason my dad's cat got her fleas to begin with. The Frontline just couldn't stop them and they seemed to love that her fur is so thick

Yeah, I hope so too so i don't have to bathe her. I feel bad for my dad's cat because of her fur. I feel bad petting her, she mews and starts going crazy licking herself.

I used to live right near Lake Ontario and the storms we would get were nice :D At school it's nice since I'm close to Lake Erie. I love living by the lakes because of the nice weather we get. Now I'm further from Ontario till my dad and I move back up to Greece, NY.

That sounds amazing, I'd love to visit Lake Ontario and Lake Erie :) Being by water and near mountains are a most for me. I can't picture not living near at least one of those two.
