I'm trying to cut back on some foods. I mean I'll still eat them, but not as much I used too. I want to get healthy and lose some extra weight that I've gained. I may look okay, but I feel like crap. Lol.

I'm pretty good with my weight. Yes, I need to watch my portions and what goes into my body, but considering how I work out and what I DO like eating (i.e. fruits & veggies), the big problem is PORTIONS.

That's my problem at the moment also. >.< When it comes to portions I kind of go over board. Dx
I've also limited my addiction of Dr. Pepper. I drink water now instead of grabbing a can of soda because it's easier than getting a glass and filling it with water. :lol:

I've never really drank a whole lot of soda. My parents didn't keep it constantly in the house is probably why

Not here. :c They always stock up on sodas. So it's tempting for me. I've tried 'diet' sodas. They taste horrible are pretty much more dangerous for your body than regular ones.

Yeah. I just plain don't like the aftertaste. It's like I licked metal.

I ask my mom how she can drink those Zero cokes or what ever. It tastes nothing like the regular. XD

No, it doesn't. And, despite what people are saying, they're WORSE for you than the regular. Not saying that the regular is any better for you in the long run.

I had bits of chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes.

Try throwing in some sour cream, chicken, and garlic in your mashed potatoes. Mmmmm....

We don't have sour cream and I'm not a fan of garlic. >.<

Aw....Garlic and sour cream are two of my vices :XD
