i got really sick again last night
i had hot dogs and a tomato and pasta salad
usually that is a really good meal for me, not last night
maybe there was too much bread to the hotdog and pasta

my tuna fish got too warm*i sat by the heater*
i told Sister, but she said eat it, you'll be fine
i wasn't and she felt terrible and so did i!

yep i sure do and smells only make it worse
i tried to eat a tuna fish sandwich last night
but it smelled too 'fishie' and it made me gag
so Sashie-belle enjoyed my tuna fishie sandwhich

Do you make sure to squeeze as much of the juice out as you can? I find that the more I get out the less fishy it is.

Oil can be unpleasant. Do you use olive oil? I find that's one of the few oils that I can enjoy.

Not sure. She just cares too much about money I think. She once told me "I don't care if you are happy, I want you to be successful". Personally... I'd rather be happy.

Maybe look into this. I put no grease into the search and it came up with some good results (granted a lot of desserts)

Most people have messed up views sadly.

Another good thing that has no grease is crepes. I make a very simple recipe using eggs and pancake mix with some water.
There are better recipes, but that one is because I'm lazy.

i am on a salad kick at the moment
i just finished an apple and chicken salad
with some apple cider vinegarette, yummie!

I don't know how to make it, but there is also a method to turning blueberries and such into crepe sauce. I think it gives some short-term and some long-term sugars with that.

Salad sounds lovely. I've never been able to get into salad dressings very much though.

that's why i like vinegarettes
vinegar is really good for keeping BG level
i've always been a salad nut or just tomato and cucumber

i like apple cider vinegar a lot
vinegar and apples are a good paring
