That reminds me I have had fresh and fried zucchini before. maybe yellow squash one time at my cousin's house. but it was out of season at the time I did not like it. her husband grilled on there bar Q pit.

If somebody I was dining with had catfish I would ask to try a piece. I personally adore tuna and salmon.
