Aww, poor Pie. At my friend's sister's school only two teachers are members of the union that's on strike so they're still going in but at my sixth form most of the lecturers are going to be on the picket line so we get to spend the day 'studying' and 'revising' at home.

Grape, look at the stickies! Those are the only way to obtain items right now. This is the first ever earth day event too and its run by users (thats why some non-mods have stickies >3)

I remember when I was back in highschool and there was a teacher's strike for a week or two. During that time, a group of us walked out of the school as a protest towards the government who was not willing to pay teachers what they deserve. Some of us stood outside holding signs as cars drove by, but most of us just went home :roll: :twisted:
