I get anxiety attacks too but in general they just make me even more aggressive than usual.

I generally start pacing, crying and/or yelling at people...

well if they get annoyed then they need some friend lessons... send them to the Linn School and i'll 'whip' them into shape! ;)

No, they're still supportive and all that but it can get pretty tiring xD

When I get an actual attack is when things get scary, they're rare but they usually wind up with me getting tunnel vision until I can't see at all, I stop breathing, and I have to sit on the floor or I could fall over and hurt myself. It's always some long buried memory trying to come to the forefront of my mind but as soon as the attack is over, I can't remember what it was.

They freak me out and generally leave me feeling completely exhausted and out of it for the rest of the night. I get the strongest ones in the bathroom for some reason, usually when I'm about to take a shower.

I have no idea. Before my last one which was maybe a week and half to two weeks ago, I hadn't had one in several months.

I tried going to a therapist but due to my trust issues, I don't tell them anything, not face to face anyway. If I could just like, chat with them online then it'd be a lot easier as I'm better with words than I am with speaking.
