thats awesome. i wish i had the patience for it. i totally dont. Sewing is way easier and its ok for it to look a little shitty as long as it holds and you use the same colour thread, no one can see that that line is as crooked as a banker.

I like that about sewing, but what I don't like is doing hems, especially neck and arm holes. Are those actually hems, or just edges? It doesn't really matter I don't like them.

just edges, but thats ok. i understand that. i actually like quilting for the reason that it has a lot less of that kinda stuff. lol.

I've only tried quilting once, and that was a little pillow front. I think it takes more patience then knitting.

i had this talk with a friend at work. see, knitting involves counting and doing the same thing over and over again where as quilting you sew different things together making a whole new different thing. the progression happens much quicker and therefore it requires less patience.
