Maybe I should offer art too but I think they'd rather be spared that xD

I think I'm just generally falling apart. On my 21st birthday I had horrible back pain :'D

Aw that's super cute!! I love the expression XDDD

Back pain is the worst pain! NOTHING helps it. I just have this constant pain in my back. And people tell me to take meds for it but I learned years ago that they don't help so I never do.

The good thing is, it's been 5 years or so since my injury and either the pain is getting better or I am just tolerating it more because it definitely doesn't hurt as bad as it once did.

BTW - this is Maria on her mule XD

I'm glad it's getting a bit easier, I only had my pain for about a week D:
Something slipped while jogging, some muscle knotted or something. /knows nothing
But it was massaged/beaten out.

Shit when she was doing the "does this hurt?" routine I was like MOTHER OF-

Oh that had to hurt D: At least it's been massaged out of you!

But that's crazy the pain is still there even though the muscle is no longer knotted!

Oh no it basically went after that session.

She gave me some exercises to loosen my back/shoulders and said I have the back of a super old person.
Probly cuz of the Internet u.u

haha they did a study on how young people today all have hunched backs and bad necks because they are all leaning over cell phones and computers all day XD

I'm sure my back is a terribly mess. I had x-rays done of it after I injured it and they told me nothing was wrong on the xrays. So the next step was an MRI but I never got it done because I couldn't afford it. >.< I would really like to know what it is. The theory is that it's either a pinched nerve or slipped disk. But if it was a slipped disk, it should have shown on the xray, shouldn't it?

Also - my ribs now pop our of place because of it. My chiropractor figured that out XDD that hurts a lot!

Woah D:
Sounds... interesting!!

I sometimes think I should do yoga or some kind of exercise or else I'll hit 35 and just be completely immobile.

Haha that's how I feel XD I think I want to start running - even though I hate running XD But I feel like if I get home from work and just change into workout gear and run/jog through the neighborhood, it would be a good idea!

I once went for a 6am jog, it felt like a terrible idea when my alarm went off, but it was pretty enjoyable.
It was a sunny morning in May, a bit chilly but lovely anyway.

I mainly did it then because nobody was around!

It was a pretty short and pitiful run but I felt good anyway afterwards.

Yo anyone wanna chat? :'D
Or shall I just go to bed and bump the thread up from page 2 in 12 hours' time? The 3 days of having this thread has been like pulling teeth/flogging a horse, whatever. 2, 5, 12 hours in between posts.

Hallo.

I'm far better at walking than jogging. My days of cross country running appear to be behind me.

I should totally get in shape :'D

I've never been sporty but I do enjoy the results of exercise. Just not so much the doing xD
The best bit about a jog (usually on the treadmill) is reaching a target and stopping.

I've only ever visited a gym when I was in student accommodation and it was really close by. I prefer walking, I can walk for hours.

In the right shoes ;D

I couldn't walk for too long in this weather either. The forecast just keeps being... summery. It's super weird.

I only ever wear flat shoes. Heels still make me shorter than most of my friends.

The weather has been a bit of a pain. Going out in short sleeves without a coat still feels unnatural.

Oh don't get me wrong I pretty much always wear flat shoes, but they're not really made for walking miles and miles xD

I accept that we sometimes get heatwaves, but ones which last 2 days - this one is a long'un!

I heard it might get close to 30 degrees in the north east tomorrow so I'm preparing to stay inside and scowl out of the window all day.

Yeah according to the forecast that'll be yours tomorrow, and then the heat will reach us down here on Saturday.
Crazy hot!

I dunno what to do tomorrow. I just got my driving license but I haven't been using the car much, I need an excuse to practice :'D
Maybe I'll cook?
We all want hot food in this weather >.>

I don't know. If you're going to Sainsbury's you should ask Jamie Oliver.

Oh, Jamie.

I did 2 weeks work experience recently at a nonfiction publishers - they do a lot of cookbooks.
But I spent time looking at sales for various publishers, and how the biggest cookbooks are sold. Some are sold under imprints, but they all boil down to Penguin or whatever.

My mum has a ton of cookery books, but almost all of them are traceable to Penguin or Randomhouse. And now they've joined forces!

ANYWAY

I think I'll try and cook a nice meat maybe. Perhaps pulled pork? >.> It does take all day though.

I own one cook book. It's a Valentine Warner one so it's probably buy a major publisher as well.

I was just saying in another thread I've never had pulled pork.
