Remi moved through the fog, he wasn't sure in which direction he was going anymore. Was he still headed away from the Inn or had he somehow got turned around and was heading back towards it? It would've helped if he could see better through the thick fog. Occasionally he would pause, thinking he had heard something lurking nearby, but the noise would be gone and Remi would wait a few minutes before moving again. His eyes were glowing, his hood was up to hide those eyes of his. The glow of his eyes could not penetrate the shadow cast by his hood, it was the perfect cloak for him. Though there was no one or nothing in the fog he needed to hide from.

Ambroise nodded when Hikari volunteered to go with him, and he shook his head at Avalon. "There's no time to play with magic." Though he couldn't help but think that the Alpha Stigma might know such a thing, those creatures had a capacity and understanding for magic beyond most living beings, certainly beyond a humans limited ability to grasp things so completely. He shook his head to clear those thoughts, he'd never ask a monster like that for help. "Stay close to Avalon, she'll protect you, Pascal." Ambroise didn't really give them time to respond, he moved towards Hikari and grasped her hand, then he was tugging her off out the door and into the fog.

They had been wasting a lot of time in his opinion. His tails twitched a bit behind him and his ears twitched atop his head. Straining hard to listen to anything that might be a sound made by Isabella.

Hikari didn't have time to say anything as Ambroise took her hand and tugged her out the door. She blushed, and thanked the fog for hiding that redness. She managed to get a hold of herself quickly, though, after remembering the situation at hand. Keeping pace with the neko, Hikari opened up her senses and linked them with Calcifer's. Instantly, every sound, sight, smell, touch and taste was amplified exponentially. She still couldn't see through the fog, which was vexing, but her other senses helped. "I've got Calcifer keeping tabs, so if he smells her, he'll let me know. We'll also know if anything tries to attack us." She said quietly. Somehow, it felt dangerous to make too much noise out there.

Yue had slipped out of the inn, making his way along the way. The fog had once more become thick around him, as it had when he had gotten here. He sighed a bit, pausing for a moment to take a look around him. He couldn’t see a thing, not even barley a foot before his face. He frowned, his eyes closing for a moment. He took in the sounds, but the more he listened, the odder it got. So many different ones around him, that made him wonder what the heck was lingering around here. He sighed, turning to go, when he saw a flash of something in the fog, something familiar. That man, the one who had been the cause of his pain during the illusions.

He glared, not hesitating to strike out, sending a ball of blue flame hurling at the form, who disappated into nothing. It had only been a trick of the fog? The flame had cleared a path somewhat for the moment, but almost as soon as it passed, the fog began to take form in its’ wake once more, till its’ light vanished from sight. He sighed, mumbling a few curses to himself, before he created a ball before him of flame, encased in a energy like shell. It would keep the flame solid and in control, magnifying it a bit like a flashlight. The ball left his hand, floating before him, as he walked along. He kept a fraction of his focus on the ball, so it would not get out of control or go out. The other was on the world around him. Was there anyone out here? He had known the girl had been leaving, he wondered if she was alright.

There was no way for him to know for sure, without finding her. In this though, he was not sure if he was going to find anything. He heard movement off to his side and froze, turning himself to glare slightly in said direction. He focused his ears and eye on it, his body a bit tense. That smell… He blinked a few times, he knew that smell. Moving forward a bit, the light moved out to dance before him around a familiar being. He was wearing a cloak, but it was definitely him. That Nazar man from before back at the inn. He crossed his arms, “well…seems a few people had the same idea.” He was not really speaking to the other, frankly if he left without saying anything, he did not wish to be bothered. Yue turned to walk on, the like ball moving to float off before him.

___________

Hirato had been in his room with Aries and Usagi since the events had unfolded. A lot on his mind, he stood by the window looking out. He noted the female leaving and frowned, he had not thought his window had a view off to one of the entrances. Perhaps it was the inn once more. He had felt another presence in the home, one who seemed to be connected to this place some how. He smiled, closing his eyes for a moment. “So the game begins hmm?” perhaps now he would be able to truly begin his mission. Then again, with so many others here, it would be a problem to involve them. At the same time, if people kept getting the idea to up and leave like the female had, it could be more of an issue indeed. Usagi walked over, handing him his hat, which he had sat on the desk when he had come in.

He took it with a smile, placing it once more upon his head. Aries had gotten up on the bed to sit not long ago, and had been recording Hirato’s words as he spoke. He had been keeping record of things here, both of the little creatures had a copy for later reference. Even if they got damaged or destroyed, if he chose to reform them they would retain the information. One of the pleasures of being able to bend reality and create forms of his own. His power was hard to explain, but it was useful. It was part of why he was here, because he had the best chance of dealing with the illusions and such here. But now there were so many variables coming through. He turned to the door, Aries sliding off the bed, to follow Usagi after him. He opened the door, stepping out into the hall. He needed to speak with this new member, perhaps this would prove to be both informative…and fun. A slight glint in his dark eyes of excitement and amusement, as he turned towards the stairs.

The fog almost made him feel as if he were in a dream like state, though more of a nightmare dream like state. Odd noises, the sounds of footsteps following him, and yet there was nothing there. There was never anything there, and his eyes wouldn't stop trying to read the fog, as if it were magical, but Remi was finding nothing and the constant effort was making his head start to hurt. Another noise and he turned, now there was a light coming towards him, Remi grit his teeth and waited. Moments later he could see the man controlling the light, the guy from the Inn. Or rather one of the guys from the Inn.

He said something, and Remi shrugged. Had the others also left, then? Wasn't that a good thing? Remi wasn't so sure, not with this fog about and being unable to really find his way to anywhere. "I'm not sure it's safer out here." He spoke the words quietly, uncertainly and slowly began to follow the other. He had no reason to follow Yue, he should stay far away from him and everyone, but his feet seemed to be moving on their own and follow he did. "No one is safe when I'm around." He clenched his hands into tight fists, the words were spoken very quietly.

Ambroise held to Hikari's hand tightly as he moved through the fog. "Good. We need to find her quick." He didn't know of the danger Isabella was already in, it was impossible for him to know that, but his sense of urgency came from the knowledge that something dangerous must be lurking in the fog. Something not quite friendly, though he was only going by the wounds Pascal had sported when he arrived out of the fog. The nekomata was frowning a bit, his eyes narrowed as he tried to see through the thick fog.

He was moving quickly, though perhaps he should be moving more cautiously, there was no telling what they might step on or trip over in this fog. For all he knew they could be heading for the edge of a cliff. His pace was almost reckless, but for now they didn't run off any cliffs. No, instead they splashed into some water, causing Ambroise to pause. "Do you sense anything?" His eyes were on Hikari, and his ears were twitching, straining to hear any sound. If she had come this way, would she still be splashing about in the water?

He noted the other following, listening to his words. His hearing was better than normal, so he heard the words he spoke. "That makes two of us" he says simply, not really bothered with saying such a thing. Though the other would not understand, since the only one who knew about him was that cat man. Would he say something? If it came down to it to suposidly protect the others, he probably would. Yue sighed, pausing for a moment to turn to the other. He looked at him, before he boldly moved over to him, invading his personal space. He pulled down his hood, looking him directly into his eyes without fear.

"I am not afraid of you. You are not the monster you believe you are....such things will only continue to tear you apart. You have to learn to own it...or are you really so weak that you will forever let it control you." It was more of a statement, rather than a question. He probably should not have been saying this, he had little right really. He was not mad at the other, he was more mad at himself. The comment was also halfway directed at himself to. He sighed, letting go of his hood. He pulled his goggles up, running a hand through his hair. "Tch...sorry..." he turned away, walking along once more. His mind heavy with thoughts once more, the orb moving on ahead of him again.

Hikari swallowed her words of caution as Ambroise picked up the pace, almost recklessly diving through the fog. She would know if anything dangerous was ahead, like a cliff or quicksand. As they splashed into some unknown water, Hikari tensed, sensing something even before he asked. "I hear something...I can't tell what it is, but it sounds big. And there's a familiar scent...it's definitely Isabella, but it's faint. The water is washing the scent out quickly. Calcifer's gone quiet, so were dealing with something dangerous. Let's go." She said, managing to only just find the scent she had picked up before and following it.
