Gosh - I thought I'd replied here. Sorry about that. Yes, Cricket, I do understand.

School has been kicking my butt, and I'm taking off Thursday for my daughter's school's awards ceremony. She graduates elementary Friday. Then, we go through a period of insane Girl Scout camping activities. Something like 2 weeks worth of it and an overnight thing. I think that this summer, I'll only have a week with her before I go back to classes in July.

Things are a bit more mellow here at home lately, which has been a nice change of pace.

We still need more players for the upcoming round, or I'll have to continue extending sign-ups until there are enough people.

I understand. Right now, it looks like I have about two more weeks of classes, and then I'm off until the first full week of July.

There was a most wonderful announcement made by the President of the United States, and I think it should be shared. However, I don't know if Mene allows off-site links or if that was a different site that didn't, so I'll post the link after I've read up on the rules. But if anyone wants the link to the place where I saw it quoted, just let me know. It's about LGBT Pride Month.

Okay, it says it cannot be posted if I am trying to enroll people to join. Which I'm not. Whether you join that site is totally up to you. My intent is just to share the source of where I read this announcement. I think a lot of people will find it very interesting and might bring smiles to some people's faces.
