Uh I have knee and a back problem but it's not such a big deal. If you're looking for low-impact things.. pilates is kinda like yoga in that regard.

Is Yoga fun, I've been thinking of taking that up.

I can't do alot of high impact because of my knee. My left knee was dislocated once in the past and it never healed quite right. I have screws in the same ankle. So when it comes to high impact its more of a forget it. But I do enjoy short walks with my dogs, a lot of core floor exercises, and weightlifting.

I rather enjoy it. I use an app on my phone called Daily Yoga. (Free unless you wanna go pro.) It comes with yoga music, pose library, and a series of routines you can download. Examples: Standing poses for beginners, Daily Yoga for Abs, Daily Yoga for Back, etc.

Each Routine comes with videos on how to do the poses, so it's like taking a class. :3

I have cysts in both of my wrists, back problems, and knees that like to go out.
I do what I can, but I'm so lazy!
Dx
But I swore that I was going to buckle down, and I will! After the baby gets up.
