i did read somewhedre if you sleep too late
on days off it hurts your sleeping shcedule
that you should keep almost the same schedule

this is true because then when you get up on time on the work day you feel uber tired because you where up so late the night before or something 'shrugs'

sleeping more makes you more tired, staying up late throws you off for the next day , and getting up too early makes for a long day, especially if you nap then everything is out of wack, I have black curtains :P tend to sleep when I can

i run on very little sleep so its not to bad for me.
