I only hear what's going on from hubby and I only get to see him once a week. and no one even wants to talk to me cause i'm not the one making the money in a steady job. and I don't know the area we're moving to. and he signed something but i don't even know what. everything is going this way and that way and i'm completely lost. and they aren't going to return the down payment untilt hey know if we're buying the house in a year or not.

That makes it so much worse, trying to deal with these people and they don't wanna deal with you. Same issue I ran into, the SO was busy working, so I was trying to handle it, and they didn't even want to show me places without him present, since he's the one with the job. It's like... uh, I'm living there too, I have a say in this.

Hopefully you can find a way to get it sorted soon, it's a lot of stress not knowing where you're going to be living.

i really hope so too.. The realtor of the house refused to call him buy his name and kept shortening it to the "common nickname" which we NEVER use . and I wasn't allowed to go in the basement cause . pssssh you're the girl you don't need to go in the basement. you can stay up here with the kids cause they can't go down there. Wow, I'm not sure I'd want to deal with them either. You're going to be living there, wtf they mean no kids in the basement? F that. I hated our apartment and we opted for a trailer park, mostly because we live in a nice trailer, have no people right on top of us, or sharing a wall, have a small outdoor space, and it was cheaper than most apartments and we're renting to own.

if trailer parks were an option i may just do that. But buying a trailer is just as friggen expensive as a house here.
