No worries Moon. I started a thread at the beginning of the event and this is the first day that I have been on since.

I barely have the energy to stay on - I'm just so tired. Plus this darned headache! :(

I hear you Moon, though we are tired for different reasons. I am staying on right now because otherwise I will start thinking about him and crying again.

I'll probably be on until my family gets home, around 5, or 5:30ish, or something. And then I have to decide if I'm up for going to my brother's for dinner or not.

Ugg I feel so nauseous today. I have been feeling like it on and off the last two weeks. No I am not pregnant; I think its just part of the way my system is dealing with the death of Jacob.

It probably is - all that stress and sadness and grief can do things to your body. :( Have you talked to a grievance councilor?

I have had trouble eating much since Jacob passed away. I will eat a little bit and then start feeling like throwing up.

No I haven't talked to a grievance councilor yet. Right now I am trying to just get back into a bit of a rhythm back into life.

I am trying. Its just so hard not to want to just give up. People are always telling me that I am strong enough to make it through this and I probably am, but that isn't the problem. Its the will power to keep going on.

Sorry guys, I am really bringing down the thread.

Silver Storm: I know how hard it can be to put one foot in front of the other and keep going after such a tragedy, but it can be done, even though it's as hard as hell. Been there - I still struggle at times... and I miss him something fierce but I know that for me, that he'd not want me to give up on life. He'd want me to keep living, for him.

But to be honest, I was a complete mess for months after his passing - like a wreck. Just going through the motions, not truly living.

Yeah. I always told Jacob that he better not go first because I wasn't sure I could go on without him. And I am still not sure. I don't think, even with what everyone else tells me, that I will ever love again and I can't stand the thought of another 50-70 years without him.

I never thought my twin would pass away at 20... :/ It never EVER crossed my mind. Life without him SUCKS! I hate life without him. :(

Yeah Jacob had just turned 33 on June 3rd and we had just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary on June 23. He was so stubborn and so full of life that I thought he would outlive me. Even though he was somewhat overweight and not in the best shape it was still a total surprise. He was his usual feisty self when I left Monday morning and when I talked to him on lunch and then he was just gone.
